General Procurement Notice: Technical assistance for hazardous waste treatment facility

Contract description: To support the Serbian Ministry of Environment and Spatial Planning (MESP) by:

• Updating the feasibility study for a hazardous waste management facility;
• Reviewing the waste management procedures;
• Assisting as necessary in obtaining permits and permissions;
• Preparing the environmental impact assessment;
• Training MESP and advising on communication campaign; and
• Preparing the tender and supporting documentation.

Financing: 2009 IPA national programme.

Indicative budget: 3 000 000 EUR.

Intended timing of publication of the procurement notice: January 2010.
